1. Service Description

CVScan is a pay-per-use digital service operated by TRIPSJAI TECHNOLOGIES. A single payment of the stated fee at checkout entitles you to the selected digital package, which may include an AI resume audit, ATS-optimized resume downloads, outreach assets, PDF editing, or a hosted portfolio link at cvscan.in/p/[your-slug]. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibility

This service is intended for job seekers in India. By using CVScan, you confirm that you are legally able to use the service or have valid guardian consent, that the resume or document you upload belongs to you or you have authority to use it, and that your upload does not violate any third-party intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights.

3. Digital Delivery and Usage License

Payment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the generated resume, documents, and hosted portfolio for your own job-seeking purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit CVScan software, prompts, scoring logic, templates, or generated templates without explicit written consent.

4. Pricing and Payment Transparency

• -The current package price is shown clearly before checkout.
• -The checkout screen confirms the payable amount before you approve the payment.
• -All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the checkout screen states otherwise.
• -Fees may change without notice for new sessions; your paid session amount is locked at the time of payment.
• -Payments are processed by Cashfree, a third-party payment gateway. CVScan does not store your card, bank, or UPI credentials.

5. Accuracy and Outcome Disclaimer

The ATS score, keyword analysis, resume suggestions, and generated content are AI-assisted outputs based on common recruitment patterns and document analysis. CVScan does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, recruiter responses, ATS acceptance by every employer, or any specific employment outcome. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

CVScan retains ownership of the software, prompts, scoring logic, design, templates, and workflows. The personal resume content you upload and the factual professional information generated from your resume remain yours, subject to the limited rights needed by CVScan to process, deliver, support, and improve the service.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of CVScan is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By uploading a resume or document, you agree that we may process it through AI and service providers as described in the Privacy Policy for audit, generation, delivery, payment, support, analytics, security, and legal compliance purposes.

8. Refunds and Failed Delivery

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If payment succeeds but files are not delivered, or if a duplicate charge or technical failure occurs, contact help@cvscan.in with your Cashfree Order ID or Payment ID so we can investigate and resolve it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVScan's total liability for any claim relating to a paid transaction is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected transaction. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws. If you face a payment, delivery, refund, privacy, or service issue, contact help@cvscan.in first with your order details so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website or support email where appropriate.
