What do I receive after payment?

You get an ATS-optimized PDF, an editable Word document, a live portfolio link, and the related delivery emails after payment is confirmed.

Is my resume data safe?

Yes. Your resume text is processed through our AI backend for the audit only. We do not sell your data and do not keep the raw file longer than needed for the workflow.

Do I need an account or subscription?

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund After Successful Digital Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate AI processing costs, all sales are final once payment is captured and the purchased files, audit, portfolio, or digital output has been successfully delivered or made available.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

-Failed delivery: payment was deducted but the purchased portfolio link, download, audit, or digital output was not delivered or made available.
-Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same session or order.
-Technical failure: the system was unable to parse or process your document and no usable analysis or purchased output was delivered.
-Wrong amount captured: the payment gateway captured an amount higher than the amount shown at checkout.

3. How to Claim a Refund

Email help@cvscan.in with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Cashfree Order ID or Payment ID]". Include your order/payment ID, the email used during payment, screenshots if available, and a brief description of the issue.

4. Refund Timeline

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Bank or UPI settlement timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking network.

5. Cancellation Policy

CVScan is a one-time pay-per-use digital service. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel after a one-time transaction.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

We maintain payment, delivery, and processing logs for dispute resolution. If you face a genuine issue, contact help@cvscan.in first so we can check the order and resolve it quickly.
